2023 Arundel Marching Band Night
2023 Arundel Wildcat Marching BAND NIGHT!
November 10th @ Arundel HS Varsity Football Game (RESCHEDULED!)
All middle school students who play a band instrument are invited to join the Arundel High School Marching Band in a combined special performance at the Arundel HS Varsity Football Game!
Students will perform on the field with the Arundel Marching Band!
6:50 Pre-Game Performance: Star Spangled Banner & Arundel Fight Song
Approx. 8:20pm Half-Time Performance: 7 Nation Army & Sail
The schedule will be as follows:
4:00pm Middle school band students meet at band room and walk to high school
4:15pm Music Rehearsal with Arundel MS students on Patio
5:20pm Full Run of Show for MS students on Patio
5:30pm Dinner
*Option to purchase or bring a bag dinner
6:20pm Warm Up & Rehearse on Front Patio
6:40pm March to Stadium
6:50pm Performance of National Anthem & Fight Song
7:00pm Game Starts -- band performs in stands
8:20pm Approximate Half Time Show Performance feat. Arundel MS Band Students
8:45pm Dismissal of Middle School Students
*All middle school students will be dismissed after their half-time performance
*Students are welcome to sit with the marching band for the remainder of the game or be picked up at the Arundel High School’s Main Entrance (where the band room is). Parents must attend the game or provide pickup for their student after performance.
Attire: Students should wear comfortable shoes and warm attire. (November evenings can be chilly)
Optional Dinner Cost: $10 *Bring your $10 with you to Band Night
Music: Students are encouraged to practice music ahead of time.
Bring: Instrument, Music (if printed), Water Bottle (with name on it), and Jacket/Sweatshirt
*Optional: Students who own a lyre for their instrument are encouraged to bring one.
Percussionists: Bring Sticks (percussion instruments will be brought by your band director
