2022 Arundel Marching Band Night

2022 Arundel Wildcat Marching BAND NIGHT! 

October 21st @ Arundel HS Varsity Football Game 

 

All middle school students who play a band instrument are invited to join the Arundel High School Marching Band in a combined special performance at the Arundel HS Varsity Football Game! 

Students will perform on the field with the Arundel Marching Band!

6:50 Pre-Game Performance:             Star Spangled Banner & Arundel Fight Song

Approx. 8:20pm Half-Time Performance:          Louie, Louie & Sail

 

 

The schedule will be as follows:

4:00pm           All band students walk to Arundel High School

4:10pm           Music Rehearsal

4:40pm           Music & Choreography on-field rehearsal

5:30pm           Dinner

                        *Optional or Bring a Bag Dinner

6:20pm            Warm Up

6:40pm            Travel to field

6:50pm            Performance of National Anthem

8:20pm            Half Time Show feat. Arundel MS Band Students

8:30pm            Dismissal of Middle School Students

*All middle school students will be dismissed after their half-time performance

*Students are welcome to sit with the marching band for the remainder of the game or be picked up at the Arundel High School’s Main Entrance (where the band room is)

 

Attire:  Students should wear comfortable shoes and warm attire. (October evenings can be chilly)

             

  Optional Dinner Cost:   $5   *Bring your $5 with you to Band Night

**Please let Mrs. Harold know if you are going to be purchasing dinner by Monday, Oct. 17th

 

 Music:  Students are encouraged to practice music ahead of time.  

 

 Bring:  Instrument, Music (if printed), Water Bottle (with name on it), and Jacket/Sweatshirt  

*Optional: Students who own a lyre for their instrument are encouraged to bring one.  

Percussionists: Bring Sticks (percussion instruments will be brought by your band director 

 

Tickets:  Tickets for parents are available at the stadium for $5
